We work quietly and intentionally. Each appointment is paced around the dog in front of us: their temperament, coat condition, and what will keep them comfortable. Just as importantly, we want dogs to enjoy their time with us — to feel understood, unhurried, safe, and cared for with real affection and respect.
We’re a family-run business, founded by Aysegul. At the heart of it is something personal: we chose this path because we genuinely love being with dogs — earning their trust, reading what they need, and giving them an experience that feels safe, settled, and genuinely enjoyable.
Atelier craft & welfare lead. As an International Certified Master Groomer (ICMG), Aysegul's mastery is paired with discipline and detail. Before grooming, she worked as a solicitor — and the same rigour now shows up in her method: consistency in assessment, precision in execution, and a refusal to cut corners where comfort and coat health are at stake.
